LIGHTING THE WAY FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT
The Sunshine Center offers children and their families a place for developmental services and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) therapy. A new, one-of-a-kind center designed to promote positive behavior, increase quality of life, and enable individuality; the Sunshine Center embraces each child and their individual needs. The Sunshine Center is dedicated to children of all ages who may be experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties and/or motor development.
A DAY IN THE SUNSHINE
The Sunshine Center embraces the goal of increasing every child and family's participation in everyday activities within their home and community settings. By offering services at the center and in the community, the Sunshine Center provides families with options to best meet the needs of their child and family. We will work together as a team to put together a plan that promotes each child's development, to allow the child and family to engage in everyday life together.
A SUNNIER FUTURE FOR FAMILIES
We want you to be an active participant in every step of your child's developmental program. The Sunshine Center's highly trained and specialized therapists are child development experts. However, no one knows your child and his or her needs as well as you do. We work closely with each family to promote their child's development to the absolute fullest potential.
We realize that therapy sessions in the home aren't always easy, and that it can be difficult to foster social interactions and build friendships at the local playground. This is why we opened the Sunshine Center, to provide you with options that allow your child to be successful. The Sunshine Center will provide a safe environment with dedicated therapists who will help your child learn and practice new skills.
